Kevin E. Harris II joined the Benedictine College football coaching staff as a Defensive Graduate Assistant in 2025. A former standout student-athlete and team leader for the Ravens, Harris brings a deep understanding of the program's culture and a passion for elite defensive play.
Since transitioning from the gridiron to the sidelines, Harris has helped guide the Ravens to sustained regional dominance. As a key member of the defensive staff, he has contributed to back-to-back championship campaigns, helping secure the Heart of America Conference Championship in both 2024 and 2025.
Prior to joining the coaching ranks, Harris enjoyed a highly impactful playing career as a defensive tackle for Benedictine College from 2022 to 2025. Respected by coaches and peers alike for his work ethic and accountability, he served as a Team Captain and anchor for the Ravens' defensive front. On the field, his disruptive play earned him All-Conference Defensive Tackle honors in 2022.
A native of Grand Prairie, Texas, Harris earned his Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Benedictine College. Outside of football, he is a self-proclaimed dinosaur documentary connoisseur. He resides in Atchison with his fiancé, Kaysha, whom he met during their time together at Benedictine.
