Coach Dial enters his second season as a full-time assistant coach with the Benedictine College men’s lacrosse program, where he serves as the team’s faceoff and rope unit coach.

Coaching Accomplishments
  • Directed a faceoff unit that produced the highest team faceoff win percentage in the NAIA (68.5%) during the 2026 season.
  • Helped lead Benedictine College to the 2026 conference regular season championship.
  • Helped guide Benedictine College to the 2026 conference tournament championship game.
  • Contributed to Benedictine College earning a No. 9 NAIA national ranking in 2026.
  • Led the University of Saint Mary Men’s Lacrosse program to its first conference tournament appearance in three years during his first full season as head coach in 2021.
  • Helped guide Madonna University Men’s Lacrosse to a No. 1 NAIA national ranking and a national tournament appearance in 2019.
  • Helped lead Ottawa University Men’s Lacrosse to a No. 4 NAIA national ranking and conference tournament championship game appearance during the program’s inaugural season in 2016.
  • Helped lead Ottawa University Women’s Lacrosse to a share of the conference regular season championship and a conference tournament championship game appearance during its inaugural season in 2016.
  • Helped lead Ottawa University Women’s Lacrosse to a conference tournament championship, No. 8 NAIA national ranking, and the program’s first NAIA National Tournament appearance in 2017.
  • Coached players to 30 men’s NAIA All-Conference selections.
  • Coached players to 11 women’s NAIA All-Conference selections.
  • Coached players to 8 NAIA All-American selections.
Coach Dial earned his MBA from Ottawa University in 2018 and resides in the Kansas City area with his two dogs, Chief and Charlie.
