Adam Rieschl joined the staff as a Graduate Assistant for the 2023-2024 season and is starting his second season with the program.

Rieschl comes to the Ravens after spending the previous six years as a student manager for Division I University of Nebraska-Omaha of the Summit League. Coach Rieschl worked under two head coaches at Omaha, Coach Derrin Hansen and Coach Chris Crutchfield. During his time in Omaha, Rieschl assisted in individual workouts, team practices, film, and travel logistics. Rieschl graduated from UNO with a degree in Multidisciplinary Studies and will be pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Benedictine College.

With the Ravens, Rieschl helps with the advanced scout of opponents on the Ravens schedule as well as the implementation of that scout throughout the practice schedule. He also helps with program operations related to travel and game day coordination.
