2022-2023: Played in 25 games with 18 starts, averaging 21.8 minutes per game. She averaged 6.6 ppg, 2.8 rebounds per game, and 3.0 assists per game.
2021-2022: Played in 16 games, starting 15 before a season-ending injury. She averaged 10.7 points per game while shooting 49.1 percent from the floor with 17 3-pointers, 51 assists, and 33 steals.
2020-2021: All-Heart Honorable Mention. Played in 26 games, averaging 20.7 minutes per game. Averaged 7.1 ppg, 4.4 rebounds per game, and 1.5 steals per game.
Before Benedictine: Kramer played her high school basketball at Nemaha Central High School in Seneca, Kan. She is a 5'7" point guard who led her team to the #1 ranking in 3A and a perfect 24-0 record her senior year while averaging 18.4 points/games, 4.9 assists/game, and 4.7 steals/game. Alleigh was named 1st Team All-Big 7 Conference, 1st Team 3A All-State, as well as 1st Team All-State All-Classes, Top 5 player in Kansas. For her career, Alleigh finished with 933 points, 300 assists, and 261 steals and was a 2x 1st Team All-Conference and 2x 1st Team All-State performer. She was also a three-sport athlete and was named 1st Team All-Conference and Honorable Mention All-State in volleyball, and was an individual state champion in track and field her junior year and was part of three state team titles in track and field.
